What is Minecraft?
Minecraft is a sandbox world filled with breakable blocks where players collect materials, make items, build creative creations and embark on epic adventures alone or with friends! Our Minecraft experience has been designed to ensure a positive social environment where participants can make friends, think creatively, problem-solve, learn STEM skills and have a lot of fun in the process!
What Are The Benefits?
- Players will learn to resolve conflicts within the team in order to progress through one of our several Minecraft adventures.
- Players will need to work collaboratively to work as a group in order to solve problemstogether.
- Encourages positive communication with others in the server or group depending on the activity.
- Encourages positive internal & external social emotional development, especially with conflict resolution.
- Players will expand their written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Players will learn important life skills such as money handling and saving for future use.
- Players will need to be attentive, learning to stay focused on tasks.
- Players will learn to think outside of the box when building houses, farmland and many other fun activities!
- Players can participate in mini competitions for example: who can build the most creative artwork with only seven block colours!
Accessible Minecraft Servers
Java, Bedrock & console players are able to play on the same servers together, there is no need to have a specific Minecraft version!
Virtual Possibilities Private Servers
Virtual Possibilities owns it's own private Minecraft servers which ensures safety & security for all of our participants. Our servers are grouped by age. Only our staff & participants have exclusive access to these servers with no outsiders able to join.
Monthly Building Competitions
Each month, Virtual Possibilities hosts a dedicated Minecraft building competition! A theme is given and players must use their creativity to wow the judges and take home the winning prize!
Protected Build Zones (Safezones)
Players can build within their own safezones so no one can destroy their creations. This enables players to not only think practically about their builds within their zones but also to show off their creations to other players!
Minecraft Adventures
Our dedicated staff have designed several adventures for our participants to embark on which include building a base, farming crops, raising animals, holding fishing competitions, exploring vast unexplored caves with captivating storylines working collaboratively with others to achieve objectives and a final ending!
FAQ
- Participants can join adventures that are already in progress and join in the fun straight away!
- Participants are able to access all of our activities each week and they will be allocated places in one of our scheduled activity sessions, the possibilities are endless!
- Discord is a safe and secure communication platform for text, voice & video chat that is accessible across multiple devices including phones, tablets and computers.
- Our Discord server is locked from outside users. Only users who are given our servers unique invite code can gain access, no outsiders are able to join.
- Players who are invited to join are given roles which separates their interaction with anyone outside of their individual group.
- Our servers are moderated 24/7 by our trained staff members.

- Any device including a computer, phone or tablet that can download and run Discord, preferably with a camera.
- Headphones are preferred but speakers are fine as well as sessions can get loud and also for minimal outside distraction. We can provide speech-to-text services if required.
- A comfortable ergonomic chair & snacks to enjoy our play sessions!
