The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) was launched mid 2016 Australia wide after successfully completing their trial period which began when the NDIS legislation passed in 2013. The NDIS offers support funding packages to help people with disabilities to achieve their goals and give respite to their families and carers.
Virtual Possibilities is NDIS friendly, however, we are not currently registered with the NDIS due to the very high upfront and ongoing cost as a new provider. Due to this we can only accept self-managed and plan-managed participants. We are unable to accept NDIA (Agency) managed participants at this time. We do have plans to be registered in the future.
Virtual Possibilities offers virtual (non-face-to-face) tailored support. Virtual Possibilities fully adheres to our obligations under the NDIS code of conduct which can be found here. All of our staff hold relevant qualifications to deliver quality and safe supports to our participants.
