Step 1. Registration

Once you have completed the form we will send an automated message to your specified email address and we will be in contact within 24 hours to have a chat & arrange a meet and greet to begin your onboarding process.
Please note: We are an NDIS friendly organisation, however, we are not currently registered with NDIS. Due to this, we cannot accept NDIA (agency) managed participants. We will change this notice when we are registered with the NDIS. Until then we can only accept the following funding from our participants:
1. Privately Funded.
2. NDIS Self-Managed (invoice sent to you/representative).
3. NDIS Plan-Managed (invoice sent to your NDIS plan manager).
Step 2. Onboarding Process
Our onboarding process involves discussing your tailored individual support requirements, getting to know you and for us to answer any questions you may have. This meeting will be conducted either online, over the phone or in-person depending on your location and preference.
We will then send through your personalised, service agreement & any other forms for you to review and sign.
Step 3. Registration Completed
Once your service agreement has been signed we will send you a welcome email which will contain your supports start date, service calendar, your individually matched support staff name and any additional information such as our after-hours contact information and login information.
